We have trained 8 apprentices in the last 13 years. Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, we were unfortunately unable to offer the apprenticeship in 2020. After our last two apprentices completed their apprenticeship in July 2020, we are currently not training any apprentices for a very long time. We are of good mood that this will change soon.
Head of Consulting
Tanja organises, advises, clarifies things and almost always finds a solution.
She is passionate about real estate and has always been fascinated by architecture.
On the rare occasions when Tanja can't be reached, she is travelling around the world and gaining experience as a sub-letter.
Marc loves the variety in the housing placement business, as well as our vibrant, multilingual environment. In his previous position as an HR consultant, he was fascinated by the commercial and human aspects of the job – something you quickly realise when you start talking to him.
A former BSC Young Boys player, he continues to engage in a lot of sport, and also likes to write in his free time.
Magdalena has already gained versatile professional experience. From the Swiss Confederation to an architecture office and finally a hotel reception - these are all valuable experiences that she can use for her work with us.
And as versatile as her professional experiences are, she is the same herself and takes it - whenever possible - with humour.
Stefan loves direct customer contact and benefits from his experience as a salesman in the sporting goods sector. With us, he enjoys the lively and varied real estate environment.
In his spare time, he manages the training operations of a gymnastics club and organises sporting events.
Daniel rejoined us in 2012 as partner and head of IT. He developed our first IT platform more than 20 years ago as an IT student.
Since then, he has worked as a developer, project manager and consultant for international firms, and as a result has on many occasions searched for a short let to call home.
Nik has founded UMS-tempoFLAT in 1992 during his studies of national economics.
He then worked for Coca-Cola as Head of Key Account Management before heading back 'home' 10 years later.
And when he isn't working in our office, he keeps his three boys busy or is it vice-versa?
